Starbase Net Computer

I lost everything in the recent Eaton fire and Thomas was able to replace my PC with a beautiful custom-built machine. He did the work extremely quickly. We discussed uses (e.g., I don't use for gaming) and he designed to meet my specific needs. Great work and I would highly recommend.

A family member's PC was hacked and lots of malware was downloaded trying to get their bank info. These guys were able to go in and clean out everything and restore it to new. I spent some time chatting with them and these guys are truly pro's , they know there stuff and they are extremely proficient. They work on custom PC as well as name brand and they do it all very well, and with the highest level of customer service. They are my PC guys and I only go to them. I can't recommend them enough.

I came into Tomas' shop looking for a barebones throwaway computer to last at most 4 months and left with an almost-new business class laptop that fit my budget! He even put together the laptop I intended to purchase and showed me it worked perfectly. I will gladly travel 2 hours to buy and get repairs from Tomas. This is now my family's Computer Guy. He combines ethical salesmanship with top-of-the-line components and a pro-repair philosophy that I haven't found anywhere else. I cannot recommend Starbase enough!

Starbase is the absolute best! The battery in my HP laptop exploded & the damage was so significant that I was ready to trash it and buy a new one. Henry asked me to bring it in to see what could be done. With keys missing, the battery issue & water damage, Henry not only saved my HP but in record time! All of the work needed should have taken a week, but Henry finished everything in just a couple of days. This man is great at what he does and he obviously loves his work. It shows in the way he treats his customers. I'm incredibly satisfied. Go nowhere else but Starbase for fast, professional diagnoses & the best customer service 👌
