Kristofer helped me out tremendously when it came to recovering my Crucial x9 SSD. I’m a videographer, and he was able to recover all the footage I had in that drive (1.84 TB). My kids got my tower PC wet and a handful of repair shops told me to buy new parts without testing because it was "too expensive". Kris offered to take a look at a reasonable price, and once he diagnosed what was wrong, he offered to fix it at a reasonable price as well.
