I had Steve from Star 5 replace a toilet in my home, and he was really attentive in answering my questions. And went above and beyond making the install quick and easy. Also, everyone I spoke to from reception was extremely helpful. Would 100% use them again!
Got told by the BIG companies that our water softener and water heater were unrepairable. They quoted us $19,000 for a new water heater and softener/conditioner. One of the fastest and most professional service experiences I've had in Las Vegas. Alex came out within about an hour of hearing about our problem and fixed our leaking outdoor pipe with a new faucet. The finished product looks great and the problem is fixed. Star 5 Plumbing did a great job! I had all bathroom fixtures and toilets replaced and a new soft water system installed. Stan was professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and am more than pleased with the outcome and service they provided.
