Standard Plumbing - Bountiful

I visited Standard Plumbing a few times over the past couple of days and very impressed with the level of service I received.

I went by Standard Plumbing's Woods Cross 600 South store location today and found out that they had moved around the corner to the old Office Max building.

Standing at their door at 645pm, doors locked, place is empty, cash registers closed out. Sign on door says they close at 7pm. Poor business practice.

Bountiful location- So disappointing to have something be "ordered" 3 weeks ago and it should have only taken 1 week at the most. We go in to pick things up and nothing is ready. The employee didn't even put the order in. He called other stores and overnighted anything he could. But there was a fixture that is on back order and now we find out.. so frustrating. Not happy at all with the customer service!!

The employees at Standard Plumbing take special care to answer all of my questions, and I'm not a plumber! I ask them what plumbers use for my situation, instead of just being limited to the selection in the big box stores. They're now (as of fall 2016) also a True Value branded Hardware Store with Hardware items.
