Stand strong was very professional and walked us through the project and worked with us on pricing. We took three estimates with different contractors and stand strong edged the second just a little on the level of advice, assistance and care. Using nails may be standard in industry but I would have preferred screws, particularly for Texas weather and seasonal winds. I had some tree trunks that I wanted them to take with them but the workers did not. However, the service manager promised me that he will come by and haul it out. I understand they don’t have to do it but it shows their commitment to customers and why they edge out others in the same space!
