We went to Home Depot and Best Buy looking to get a refrigerator delivered both times. we were told that there was no way we could get the fridge we wanted. The buying experience was good, matched the Best Buy and Home Depot prices and helped when there was a snag in getting the water line attached to the fridge during delivery.
However, my $3000 fridge suddenly died after just 2 YEARS! I called expecting some support but all I got was a very cocky lady telling me, hey, things just don’t last anymore, here’s an 800 number to find a repair man. A little sympathy would have gone a long way, even if you still couldn’t do squat to help me.
