We decided to have artificial turf installed in our backyard in Vancouver, Wa. We received several estimates and although Sta-Built was a bit higher than most, the main reason we went with them were their reviews overall were good and the interaction with their associates was pleasant. Another reason we went with Sta-Built was because their warranty was better than any of the other contractors we spoke with. The best we found among their competitors was a 2 year labor warranty. They came out and completed the install in one day. Our job was not very large - just 560 sq ft. We are happy with the final result but be advised that Sta-Built contracts their jobs out (at least ours was) and a sub-contractor actually performs the work. My guess this is common and somewhat standard across the industry. Regardless the Sta-Built team did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. Photos are of our yard pre-turf and photos of the work in progress to the end result. We love it.

Randall worked with us to make the most out of it within our budget. He was very quick and responsive during the design period. We went back and forth to finalize the design.
Michael was the project manager and we loved him. From the very first visit, he was honest and upfront about all the aspects. He took the time to answer all our queries in details. He visited regularly and kept us informed about each step of the progress.

We are very happy with the results of our retaining wall with curved bench seating and paver patio installed by Sta-Built. Barry, Michael and Hector and the team were great to work with.
Although the design process was a little frustrating, it turned out better than we envisioned it, thanks to everyone on the team providing their input. As with all construction projects, it pays to oversee it and stay involved to get what you want!
Everyone at Sta-Built worked hard to get our job scheduled and completed with all the excess product picked up before a big family holiday gathering which made us so happy. The project took a little longer than initially expected due to underestimation of the amount of excavation required, however, two weeks for the total construction schedule was still very good. The construction team was pleasant, efficient and they cleaned up everything daily. Communication once the job was underway with a group-text chain really made a difference and kept everyone, including us, in the loop.
After almost 3 months, we have had no issues or regrets (except now we want the rest of the patio done!!).

I contracted with Sta-Built to remove the existing back yard patio, a 10’ by 10’ by 6" concrete slab, and build a 16’ by 18’ paver patio. I selected Avalon Slate, 3 piece, Belgrade pavers for the color variety and the textured surface. I wanted a bigger patio in order to install a hot tub so the company reinforced an 8’ by 8’ square in the corner to support the weight. Very happy with the finished product. It was more expensive than I had anticipated but the Sta-Built estimate was not the highest I received. Once the pavers were delivered by the manufacturer the work was done quickly, in and out in two days. The work crew, Creative Yard Paver...I contracted with Sta-Built to remove the existing back yard patio, a 10’ by 10’ by 6" concrete slab, and build a 16’ by 18’ paver patio. Firstly, we want to thank Paul L. Michael C. as well as Eduardo and his amazing crew beautifully completed our retaining wall project. I would say this project should be one of the most difficult works in the south hill Eugene area, because the work is in a downhill site without direct access to transport those heavy concrete rocks, soils… materials. BUT this magic team made it, and made it in a very smart way!
We really appreciate Eduardo and his crew for being so thoughtfully and creatively, they are not only simply use strengths but also contribute their talents and hearts to work this project in very professional ways.
