I probably paid about $3,000.00 too much for a new HVAC system from Yes! Heating and Air. Spring Creek Mechanical in Springville gave me an estimate that was much less.
In July, 2025, Yes! installed a new heating and air conditioning system in our Provo, UT home for $22,210.00. The installation was timely, efficient, and the system appears to work well. Part of the Yes! promise was that they would match a competitive offer if we found one later.
Five months later, I got an estimate from Spring Creek Mechanical, in Springville for $19,000.00. I contacted Yes! and their salesman, Ken, told me that they had, indeed, given me a price match guar...I probably paid about $3,000.00 too much for a new HVAC system from Yes! Heating and Air. Five months later, I got an estimate from Spring Creek Mechanical, in Springville for $19,000.00. I contacted Yes! and their salesman, Ken, told me that they had, indeed, given me a price match guarantee, but I had waited too long to apply for it. He said the time limit was 15 days which, in my opinion, is not realistic. I was not able to find a written time limit for the guarantee.
I got a good system from Yes! but I recommend that everyone get a second or third bid prior to making a purchase (The Yes! salesperson will tell you that they are dropping the price $2000.00 so that you won't get another bid, but it turns out the price is still too high).
I thought the price match guarantee would protect us but it didn't. If I had it to do again, I would check first with Spring Creek Mechanical in Springville, or another vendor.

Have a dryer that's not heating, I called an appliance repair company who asked me if I had the vent cleaned. Nope! 😅 Had no idea I was supposed to do that. They referred me over to Spring Creek who was quick to answer and come out to my home. Zac was able to find the right vent, I thought it was a different one, and get the work done quick. Very friendly and professional.
Sadly my dryer is still not heating, but that's not on Spring Creek. I just now know for sure it's not a vent issue and can move forward knowing a repair on the dryer won't be fo...These guys are awesome, highly recommend and will be calling them back for other HVAC needs.

Spring creek mechanical is a excellent company to work with. Zack the technician was wonderful to explain everything in a manner easy to understand. I was grateful he did not try to upsell me on anything extra that I did not need. I will continue to use spring Creek for all my HVAC needs as well as any dryer vent cleaning or duct cleaning . They were easy to work with and they had quick appointment times.

I have really appreciated the service and kindness and attention to detail from Spring Creek Mechanical. Joseph and Adam are really amazing. They helped me so much, and because my house is Victorian, without a modern-day access, it wasn't easy installing a new furnace. They were so considerate. They were respectful and also thorough. I like that Spring Creek is family-owned and local. I highly recommend them.
