I was rear ended severely on my 2020 Kia Optima on my way to an outing with some friends in Fayetteville I immediately called Springs Auto Clinic to have my car towed back to Goldsboro to Spriggs Auto Clinic for collision repair the tow driver was very prompt on his arrival & extremely kind & concerned for my friends & I the tow driver was very gentle & careful with my loading my car! Very happy with the staff and the efficient service provided . I am a 2x customer and absolutely plan on calling again if I need a tow or bodywork in the future.

The communication, customer service, and quality of work was all top tier! This was the first encounter I've ever had auto related where I didn't feel like I was being either over-charged or scammed as a female trying to get my car fixed. The owner went above and beyond to not only get my car repaired at a fair price, but also same-day return. The only downside to it all was that due to haste, I wasn't able to receive the complimentary detail, but even still, I can't complain. I would definitely utilize this company again. I highly recommend!
