Sunday, 08/30/25, my hook that secures my door had broken. I called, not expecting anyone to answer that day since it was Sunday, but I got a call back. After a brief discussion, he asked me to send two photos. A photo of what is broken, and a photo of the serial number. Instead of charging me, he gave me the part number. He refused to accept payment of any way, as he would not feel right charging me for a common repair, that took me 1 second to fix. I will be using their services for any issues I come across in the future. His name was Shimal, very knowledgeable and understanding!

We used this company for an Amana washing machine repair and had a great experience. They didn’t answer right away when we first called, but called back quickly and were able to schedule the repair within the time frame we needed. The technician arrived during the promised window and successfully fixed our machine without any hassle. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Had an urgent situation on our Speed Queen dryer. Call answered on second ring, good advice, same day repair, quick and easy. Assuming pricing was fair but didn’t have another quote to compare. For same day work I was pleased and grateful.

Inquired if they do deep cleaning for washers because the one in our apartment is old. The guy said they do not do this type of service but he took the time to give me instructions on how I can clean the washer using vinegar and baking soda. He didn’t have to do this but hey he was so kind to help! I can tell that they’re very service-oriented and will help as much as they can. Definitely recommended!

My dryer was making a terrible noise so my home warranty company contracted Speedy Appliance Repair for service. They responded quickly and sent a tech out who repaired the dryer in record time! The technician communicated well and they provided friendly service. I highly recommend Speedy Appliance Repair!
