Absolutely amazing! I love the way my car was handled with care and attention! The GM h worked so hard to make sure all the customers were taken care of and his team was right behind him! They were able to explain to me what type of oil my car needed based on the year make and model. The bathrooms were clean which i really appreciated! Thank you sooooo much team I will be back!
I was in the neighborhood and tried this place for the first time. I found the price to be higher than what I normally pay. The person helping me was not very friendly. I had to run out and stop him to ask what type of oil he was using because he didn’t ask me and just started on my car before speaking to me. Usually I’m asked what I want and all the specifics before they start working. Towards the end he came and got me and showed me my cabin filter and I declined a new one because it looked pretty clean. He didn’t seem very happy that I wasn’t getting one, there was a bit of an attitude. When he was finished I asked for a punch card and he... When he was finished I asked for a punch card and he told me they did not have any, he looked around for a second and instead of asking the manager where they were he told me they’d remember next time and give me two punches. The next morning I have black oil on my driveway. I’m not very happy about the big black oil stain. I can’t think of a reason for this unless they did sloppy work and didn’t clean it. I’m 46 and I’ve never had this happen after an oil change. It just made those two oil stains, probably about a half a cup of oil or a tad bit more. Tried cleaning it off the cement but as you can see it’s not coming off. I’m not sure that I would try this location again, I’ll probably go back to the place I normally go.
Great experience all around. Communicated clearly what was done, what could wait and suggested a new air filter which was definitely needed. All done in a timely manner & with very pleasant attitudes!
