I love my new roof! The team did an amazing job and knocked it out in one day. Chandler listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and the production team addressed them with installation. All nails and debris were cleaned up nicely and I have no issues. Great choice for a new roof.
We’ve now used SPC Roofers twice for full roof replacements, and both experiences were excellent. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I recently had an exceptional experience working with SPC Roofers. Chandler and Mark came out almost immediately after my initial call, analyzed the lack of proper ventilation in the attic, and installed new vents within less than two weeks. They were absolutely professional, courteous, punctual, and eager to stay in communication throughout the whole project. Further, upon their review of the history of the roof, they discovered that a previous contractor had failed to close out his permit upon completion of the roof, and so they voluntarily took it upon themselves to resolve that matter for me. They sent Brandon out to reevaluate my concerns that afternoon. After a few conversations we came to agreement and Brandon completed the required repairs on the same day. I appreciate their rapid response.
