Luke is *awesome*. I had three troubled appliances: a clothes washer that stopped draining, a dishwasher that always had a lot of water in the tub after a wash, and a range burner that wouldn't light. Luke looked at all of these, correctly diagnosed all of them, found parts for the (15-year-old) units, and fixed them quickly. In all cases, the fix was fast and correct the first time. Honestly, I have been living with some of these appliance problems for years, and have even had techs out to look at them before. Called the number from this Google Maps listing and was sent to a national call center to then be told that they do not service my area. I live just a few miles from their office. Worse for them then me...

I am so glad to have Luke and Tom around the corner from my house! Their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and efficiency are absolutely superlative amongst the service businesses I've worked with as a home and property owner. After a miscommunication led to inspecting the wrong wine fridge while I was out, they came back at no cost to inspect the right one. They will be the first ones I call when I have issues with appliances in the future.

They use ai to answer their phones, when I called a Portland area number, a robot told me they only service Sacramento. I asked said robot to have its manager call back, he was pretty rude and unapologetic about the whole ordeal. I prefer to give my money to businesses who employ and pay real people, not businesses who try to cut costs by using shitty AI technology.
