Exceed communication and service every time. Very pleased to have Southridge as our tech support. I had a tricky issue to figure out in my laptop settings. David found the issue and resolved it successfully. He was very professional and patient. (I would lose my marbles dealing with it.) Tom DelFranco was my IT tech. I received a callback within a couple hours of contacting Southridge Technology and he resolved my email issues shortly thereafter. Very knowledgeable and explained things in a simple manner. It was a professional conversation/interaction although Tom also related on a personal level.
