Southgate 66

Went for a spare tire change on a rented trailer and next thing I knew they had a new tire on the rim when I asked about it he said it was a bad tire not even for a trailer and he was talking about 100$ to change a spare tire or 150$ for the new tire.Then told us to learn English and never come back 😳 n didn’t charge us anything so we left 30$ but the whole thing is talk to your costumers and not assume also the racial remark LEARN ENGLISH like come on man! Don’t worry we will not ever stop again where people are racist 💯

Traveling through from OK to Fargo our Subaru left tire blew. Tried 2 other places before calling Southgate and they said come on in. Very impressed with how quickly they were able to get us back on the road. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you!

Stopped to have a tire fixed and one of their techs informed me that I had a cracked rim. I needed to replace all four tires and asked them to purchase a used rim and replace my tires and replace cracked rim with the new. I just picked my car up and they informed me that didn’t find a cracked rim but put on the new without contacting me. Terrible customer service and very costly. Would not recommend and will take further steps.

Had brake issues while on vacation that needed to be fixed before being able to drive. Was recommended Southgate 66 by another shop in town, and I was not disappointed. They were able to get us back on the road and very fair pricing. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly.
