My laptop battery stopped working properly and I took it to best buy to have it repaired. They quoted me 500 deposit and possibly 1500 for a repair to send off and diagnose and a possible 4 week process for repair.... I was referred to Southern Technologies and they were beyond helpful! Lauren was very friendly and helpful. Elisabeth made the repair in a timely manner and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The cost of my repair was soooo minimal compared to Best Buys outrageous quote. I recommend anyone and everyone go to Southern Technologies for all of your laptop repairs! Southern Technologies is the best IT company in Southwest Louisiana. The guys there are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to fix your computer, server etc....I have used several IT companies in the past that were just not up to par as to what these guys know and do. Southern Technologies has a wide range of abilities. Whether it be a personal computer issues or an office of 1,000, they will be able to fix it and accomplish the task very quickly and accurately. Another cool thing about them is that you do not have to leave the comfort of your own home, they can come to you!
