I was wrong! I thought I finally found someone reliable to handle my appliance needs. But recently I had what I considered to be an emergency. I sent a text message, I left voice messages on his personal phone as well as the business. A few days later after using another company that actually returned my call, I sent an e-mail asking for an explanation and again no response. PLEASE look for another more dependable company!
Christian is the absolute best! After we reached out about our oven that would not regulate temperature - Christian was out to diagnose the problem in the same day. He ordered a part and the issue was resolved in just a couple of days. He was honest, fair, and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Christian and SFAR for all of your appliance repair needs! Christian is my go-to guy from now on. I have used his services at least three times already between my primary residence and our rental house and it has been a positive experience each time. He is honest, fair, and a pleasure to work with. I chatted with him the whole time during the last repair and genuinely enjoyed our conversation. He is a one-man-band, so please give him some grace about getting back to you ( I read the unreasonable review that was posted). In my experience, he has typically answered the phone right away. He also was able to offer me a same-day repair the last time I called. It is rare to find service professionals like... Christian is my go-to guy from now on. Christian is awesome! We use our washer/dryer all day, every day, and recently needed a part replaced on our washer. Christian was amazing from start to finish! He was easy to communicate with, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend his service to anyone in need of appliance repair!
