I purchased a new house with Southern Alarm installed and called them 4 days ago during normal business hours to inquire about the cost to keep service. My call was answered by their "overflow" department by a friendly woman who stated she would pass along my information. I have yet to receive a call back. Major red flag before even starting service. I will be seeking my security needs elsewhere with a competent company that actually values customers.
