This company is the absolute best! They overhauled my 25-yr old Horn in 2020 and it looked and played great! And, after I accidentally backed over it this past June, they were able to get the necessary parts and completely overhaul it again and it looks and plays great!(again) I highly recommend them for any repair work!
Disappointed with the level of service. I dropped off my saxophone for cleaning after it's been in its case for over 10 years. I was expecting a full deep cleaning for it when I dropped it off. However, because I didn't need to get my pads replaced none of my keys were wiped down. I understand that fingerprints would be put on when the saxophone was put back together, but it would have been great to have the 10 years of gunk wiped off. They did give me a cloth to wipe down my saxophone myself. For the $260 that I was charged, I was not expecting to have to still do significant cleaning myself.
They’ve handled several trumpets for me. Vintage and newer ones. Their work is very good and they are very nice and knowledgeable.
They fixed up my helicon and it is satisfied with it's care
