Southaven Appliance

I bought my first refrigerator from Southaven Appliance in 1983 ! It was golden rod with the freezer on top !! Nothing fancy but worried like a charm ! I eventually bought another with the French doors and ice maker ! Gave my old one to my best friend in water valley MS and he had it 20 years ! I believe it’s still working today !! You can’t go wrong with Southaven Appliance! They are good people and stand behind their products!

This place was awesome! There’s a lady working there who I didn’t get her name and I apologize for that, but she guided me in every step to fix my dryer. Being a senior citizen and a widow sometimes you have to fix things yourself out of necessity. They were more than kind, very knowledgeable and without them I would not have been able to replace my heating element and have a working dryer again. Thank you sincerely !!

My brother & I purchased a washer & dryer from this place in February of 2025 ..a month of having the washer is had water all over floor after then setting it up , then six months later in August 2025 the dryer stop working & only comes on until this day , we called for the warranty & was told it was only 30 days most dryers come with 1-2 years ! Anywho i definitely don’t recommend 0/10

I purchased a side-by-side refrigerator from Southaven Appliance in February 2025 for my new home, opting for delivery and setup. Initially, everything seemed fine, but as I settled in, I noticed that the fresh food section was excessively cold, freezing my groceries. Concerned, I reached out to Southaven Appliance on 3/25/25 for advice on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that I was past my 30-day warranty and was simply told to "drop the fridge off." Given that I had paid for delivery, this response felt impractical and dismissive.
