John was a great dude! Was willing to do a same day install for me, I pushed it back one day and he came first thing in the morning Great piece, and John is a really nice and cool guy.

Hearthside is a fantastic place to get a fireplace. John, the owner, was super helpful and really knew his stuff—he even answered all my questions about how to install it. He was always easy to reach and happy to answer my calls, helping me figure out the best ventless gas log set for my space. Friendly and down-to-earth, John made the whole process simple and stress-free!
