Five stars for Jaqueline behind the counter. She knew her away around the fasteners and took the time to make sure I had all matching nuts and bolts, saving me a potential trip back to the store. Great job on the effort.

I went into this hardware store this morning to get some bolts for a toilet seat cover. Unfortunately, all they have in there are kids staffing the place who don’t care. She didn’t wanna leave the register until I specifically asked then they sold me a toilet seat cover that was cracked probably not their fault I had to go back And do an exchange and then the young man at the register just shrugged his shoulders and refused to even look at me, so I just took the replacement and left ; very unhelpful ; terrible the only thing that the store has going for it is that you don’t have to go out to Home Depot. If you can’t find it yourself. Don’t ask for help because you are clearly bothering anyone you ask for assistance. Sorry for interrupting your day by patronizing your business. Home Depot isn’t that far up the road, at least there you can go online and locate what you need.
OMG! So awesome. Lost an unusual fastener from a snowboard binding and thought I’d take a flier on them having something that would work. They had a huge selection of flat head screw-together fasteners and one worked perfectly. So fast and cheap it wasn’t even worth calling the binding company to ask for a replacement.
