Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had, offered free classes to further show/ answer questions about my machine and how to properly use it. This has been my experience every visit, I have my machine in for service for the first time. I will update when I get it back.

Wife has spent more money here than the local car dealership. They have been taking care of all her sewing machine needs for the last 6 years. Great service on repair and routine maintenance needs. She enjoys the classes that they use to have for hands on instruction.
