Just got my roll down shade installed. It has made a big difference on the patio and inside the house. The overall product is great, good quality, and easy to operate. Wish I would have got the screen last year when I moved in. There was some minor damage to the stucco where one of the brackets was installed that the crew failed to point out. Fortunately I had some stucco repair and was able to fix it myself. We did have a slight delay with installation as the wrong size screen was ordered the first time. When I looked back at the estimate they had the size in total inches instead of feet and inches, so I just assumed the measurements were co... Just got my roll down shade installed. I don’t hold the couple of issues we had against them, because the people I did deal with during the process were extremely courteous from the salesman, customer service reps to the installers. Besides, after having a pool installed and all the issues that I had with that project, it was a pleasure dealing with Sonoran Glass.
