We made the switch to Solzorro about a year ago and it has been one of the best business decisions we have ever made. Our system rarely goes down and when it does they are quick to respond. Their customer service is outstanding. Our relationship with Solzorro feels like our IT is in house rather than outsourcing. This is an IT company with personality! Dan and his team are really great to work with. They are quick to respond when help is needed, and are very knowledgeable. A lot of times they are able to fix problems remotely, other times they'll drop in the office. My employer has used Solzorro for years and I really appreciate the service we receive. Thanks guys!
