Yesterday 1/4/22 I had a great experience shopping here, I felt nervous going to a hair store for the first time in a while. However, the ladies that assisted me were very helpful and welcoming to me, I was able to ask for details about certain wigs and get helpful responses and recommendations as well! I felt comfortable asking questions to them in order to have better insight as to what was right for me to purchase! 💯 They helped me to feel comfortable shopping there, and were so very kind and patient with me as well, this kind of attitude goes A LONG WAY in businesses ( especially hair stores ). We want to feel comfortable when it comes to shopping for new wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, and have a great experience doing so 💯 and that’s exactly what I received yesterday! 💯 To go straight to the point, these women were very helpful with answers, helpful responses to which wigs were what kind, very patient, kept me comfortable by starting small talk ( Gave details about wigs, helped search for what I had in mind for what type of wig I wanted). Beautiful selection of wigs and hair pieces here!! 💯💯💯 Will be coming back soon! Thanks for the great experience! ❤️💯💕

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and the changes and the store has been horrible. It has declined 100% came in to buy a ponytail quick weed for my hair. The person that helped me was very unbothered didn’t care about whatever went home witness purchase it was horrible. It was just horrible. Never again. I’m shopping here.

I had just brought a $550 ring not even a MONTH ago and have been taking care of it yet the gems on the ring are falling off when I simply move my hand. never go to this place unless you wanna get scammed by Tony.
