If I could give 6 stars I would! Team was professional, nice and did a great job. They agreed to price match us and the technician even removed the old water heater stuck in the attic! We didn’t even have to ask! 11/10 would recommend! :)
From the phone call to my doorstep they were top tier and timely professionals. Luke was a true star. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the effort to communicate things thoroughly to me and even my husband over the phone whom was away at the time. Rest assured you will be respected and taken care of here.
Luke came in and was amazing. I needed someone to take a look at my running toilet, he then pointed out to me that my water heater (which is gas) had been emitting carbon monoxide in the closed room. Same day order and installed it in the freezing cold with slippery ice all over. He told me that with how amazong he is, his boss Sam is just as, if not more, amazing. Just know if you got either of them, thats the real deal. The poor guy was in my driveway basically chiseling out a path from the truck to the door through the ice to install the new water heater.
