SoCal Steam Clean was there for me when I got scammed by another company. I hired what I thought was a local small business in my neighborhood that had good (fake) reviews on Google, and ignored all red flags when the worker arrived yesterday and charged me hundreds of dollars more than I was quoted over the phone to do little more than wet my carpet with perfume water for the two bedrooms and area rug I requested. Carpet cleaning scams are real and I found that out through this experience. I was bummed. I went looking for a reputable company to come do the job correctly asap. I watched a news segment online through a tab on SoCal Steam Clea... SoCal Steam Clean was there for me when I got scammed by another company. Christine emailed me within a half our of my submission at 6pm and called me this morning to answer my questions get me scheduled. I gave her my preferred appt time and she was able to accommodate me exactly. What a breath of fresh air and night and day difference this company is to the one I started with. The technician George arrived promptly and talked with me about my concerns. He clearly and calmly explained the entire process. He took his time and removed all the stains I had pointed out as well as the hidden pet stains he revealed with a black light. Their pricing is transparent and well worth it. Their communication is outstanding. I'm 100% satisfied with the results. If you're looking to hire a company that is professional and has integrity, and does what they say they'll do, this is it.
SoCal Steam Clean did an excellent job as always!! George was professional, on time, and kept in touch with me from the time I booked to the day of my service. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. My carpets look amazing and smell so fresh. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. George was awesome. He came earlier than the call time which is a first for any servicer I used. George did an extensive walk thru and explained socals services. I got the carpet cleaning and enzyme treatment as he saw stains from my pet dog and even showed me what the problem areas were. George was in and out in about an hour and did amazing work. Highly recommended him and this company
