Such a great experience. I called to have someone come out and assess my needs. The owner Scott was out there within a few days. We walked through everything no he gave me his feedback. We agreed on everything. Within a week our techs were out to do the install. Violet and Dave took their time did everything nice and neat. They spent as much time as we needed to learn the system, show us cool features, and took time to answer all questions. Top notch! Honestly…all around fantastic service.

Lilly Torres is an amazing asset to SMS. She is so knowledge, capable, patient and understanding with customers like me who need help maneuvering through the app. Lilly explained everything so clearly and with her help I now understand what to do with Alarm.com. I have been a customer of SMS for years and when I needed to replace some equipment the owner got on the phone and explained exactly what was needed and why - taking the time to explain how it all worked and then getting me on the schedule the same week. It was a very helpful conversation and there was even follow up to test a different device to see if it would be a better option for me. The team at the office helping over the phone and the installer are all very helpful and kind. I highly recommend SMS and the personal service they provide.
