Craig and Johnathon were extraordinary in the installation of my fireplace insert. It was brutally cold and never once did they complain. They made sure I knew how to operate the woodstove safely. They were polite and cleaned up everything and started a fire for me before they left. My Corgis, Indianna and Jax approved of them also. Ask Craig about the spider 🕷️!!!!!!

Charlie is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to share helpful tips about using our fireplace safely and keeping our home protected from fire hazards.
