We had to have them come out repeatedly to fix the flooring. Now we cannot get them to answer a phone to get anything done. We recently uncovered that they installed the underlayment incorrectly. We now have to replace the flooring because it keeps popping up. The quarter round was pretty much ruined during the install. We are considering hiring a lawyer to get them to honor their contract. $6,000 later I wish I had never hired them.
I cannot recommend Smith & Smith Flooring. A poor job was done initially and we have had to have him come out a few times afterwards to fix things that weren't done right in the first place. The last time he came out he messed up my flooring even more and won't respond to our requests to fix it even though we still have a contract. Overall, I can't recommend and I regret my decision to hire him.
