Gave a great quote. Listened well and helped us understand options. Did great work for a neighbor down the street. We took a couple weeks to make our decision and called back to schedule- asking for a date a couple months out. Eric responded that matched the date range he was scheduling. Perfect! I asked if he needed a signature or anything else to reserve our spot. He said no just our word. So then we waited. And heard nothing. I tried to call several times leaving message or sanding texts but got no response. Finally I got Eric on the phone. He cheerfully told me he had to look at the schedule but he would get back with us. He never did.... Gave a great quote. Listened well and helped us understand options. I tried contacting him more but eventually realized if he was this hard to work with on the scheduling it was probably better to find someone else, because callbacks are typically more difficult.
