While preparing the family home of over 50 yrs for sale, we pulled up the carpeting in the living room, dining room, and library and realized there was beautiful unfinished red oak flooring underneath. We also had worn and warped (from previous dishwasher leakage) red oak flooring in the kitchen that needed a lot of attention. After pulling up my carpets I hired Smith's to refinish the floor. It was covered in deep gashes, staple holes, and stains. They did a great job filling, sanding, and refinishing. The team was friendly and communicated well about the project. They also started the job promptly, which was important for my renovation schedule. Their price was $5/sqft (just refinishing, no shoe molding or trim).

Joe came out and gave me an estimate on the wood floor in a bedroom that needed some of the wood replaced and refinished. Brian came out and explained the process he was going to do to accomplish the finished project. He did a great job at repairing, and refinishing the floor. Brian also did a great at matching the finish to the same finish as the hallway. The thing that I really like is how Joe and his Wife both came to the house to check on the process. This showed me the concern Joe and his team have to make sure each and every floor they do is important to the them and the company. No matter how larger or small the job may be.
