Being rude isn't necessary when someone is trying to explain their vehicle's issue. I can only describe the problem, but I'm not a mechanic. Don't expect me to diagnose the issue; that's what I'm paying you for. Word of Mouth goes a long way especially when it's paying your mortgage & utilities🤔 Do better with your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Older guy behind counter called my husband a liar & always is arrogant. We spend $2k on tires & now they've lost our business due to his arrogance. Lost our business for sure. Will never recommend them to anyone again.
