Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus

We are very impressed with the knowledge and service Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus provided. They came out to pump our septic a couple of weeks ago and explained what they were doing and why. I inquired why we keep getting sediment in our toilet tank. After they got a water sample, We received a call from Neil Smith who explained everything to us and what we needed to prevent this from happening. A couple days later Eric & Grayson installed a sediment filter to our well. They also drained our water heater. We've used SPS twice this year for a variety of projects and we've been very pleased with their service each time. The scheduling folks are so friendly and easy to work with, and the plumbing staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very competent. They work very efficiently, and I always feel as if I have gotten a good value for my money. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs, and we highly recommend them to others as well!

We had a large pet tub disconnected. The crew did a great job and it didn't take long. They got it disconnected and out to the garage without hurting any walls.

Plumber and technician were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and propose a workable solution until we could get the pipe repaired at our convenience. Also contacted me to make sure everything went great.
