Dani was extremely professional. His response time was excellent, and he was able to provide same-day service, which I truly appreciated, especially right before the holiday. He clearly explained his diagnostic findings as he worked, and best of all, he had the replacement part for my oven on hand. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable help.
Danny is awesome. I saved his number. I had a washing machine issue I couldn't figure out (replaced 4 parts, it was a frayed wire). He was at our house within 30 minutes and diagnosed/fixed it. Really great.
We just had Daniel from SMD out to repair our oven. We were referred to him by a friend who said that he was great and very honest. WOW! Incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He was able to fix the issue for us with absolutely zero upsells or sales, just honest work. So impressed with this service and will absolutely be back and referring many people to him!
Daniel arrived on time for the 7am Sunday morning visit, and made sure to protect my floors by wearing booties on his shoes. He asked what had been happening to the dishwasher and was able to diagnose and fix the pressure sensor problem in just a few minutes. He also explained what he was doing and showed me how to fix it on my own in the future! Would absolutely call them again.
