Phone Medic is absolutely fantastic. Robbie and Lilly went above and beyond for me—they even stayed after hours to make sure my phone was repaired the same day. Their service was fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated to helping their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future phone needs.
Very fast and professional service! They were able to fix my husband's old phone long enough to back up important data at a very reasonable price and within an hour or so. I had taken the phone to another repair store previously and called other places, and no one else was able to get it working. Thank you for saving our pictures!
I found this place via a Facebook marketplace listing. The staff was amazing. They responded promptly to all of my questions and the service upon arrival was quick and efficient. The phones purchased both were in great condition and work wonderfully. Definitely recommend!
The best place to fix your phone in Columbia. I had come here a couple months ago to fix my screen that had gone black and wouldn’t turn on, they did an amazing job and the pricing was very fair. Recently, my bfs phone froze and they were able to reset it for us free of charge. They have the nicest most attentive staff. Would 100% recommend.
Oh my goodness! These people are incredibly kind and helpful. I walked in with a problem with my daughter’s phone, which was stuck on one screen and wouldn’t allow her to do anything. These guys solved the problem right before my eyes. It was as simple as rebooting the phone, which is an iPhone 15. Any other tech support would have charged to replace the screen, but these guys at Smart Medic simply rebooted the phone, and I was completely shocked. I highly recommend them if you have any issues or are unsure about what to do. They are the nicest people, and they don’t take advantage of customers.
