Very courteous and professional technician taking care of everything and exceptioally polite. He took the time to explain details to the customers satisfaction. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants an honest repairman and a very reasonable cost. One of the customers there even testified to the quality of his work on previous occasions! He should get a raise!!! fellow

Very reasonable prices for what they could charge you. I got my iPhone 8 Plus done for my wife and it was just a easy fix. Great customer service and nice people. They really know what they are doing.
Update 2021: customer service was good but under new management and prices for something I had done less than a year ago doubled in price! Not sure why, but just be aware. Top notch honest repair. Friendly, reasonable and fast service. Highly recommend!
I really must say that my visits to Smartphone ER are always awesome. Both Bryce and Cody are extremely knowledgeable about the business. I’ve gotten several replacement phones there and they educate me on new features and changes. When I mess something up I can always rely on them to straighten me out again.
