Called them for a dryer heat repair that another company couldn't correctly figure out and they came out same day for diagnosis and repair. Ultimately, the first "fix" wasn't right so they came back after getting a new part and continued to get it fully functioning. Of course I wish it was fixed right the first time but the willingness to come back and get it done correctly without leaving me $250 down the drain is something I do appreciate.

This company is a scam. Check the 1 star reviews on Yelp (which I didn’t do before I hired them). They strung us along for 2 weeks after we agreed to have the work done with them. He finally came back to fix the fridge, we paid him $420 and the next day it stopped working again. I texted and he said he would come back today and did not. Do not trust this company.

Do not hire this company. I contacted SmartFix when my fridge struggled to keep food cold, and the owner/technician, Vusal, arrived the same day for a service call. He checked the fridge and quoted me $760 for parts and labor to make repairs, and I agreed to pay half up front while we waited for parts to arrive. Shortly after this, the refrigerator died, and I decided to cancel the repair job with SmartFix and purchase a new fridge from a different source. SmartFix promised to issue a partial refund...but they never did. After several months of calling, texting, and emailing, and always being promised that the refund would be sent soon, they still haven't given me my money back. They did reach out after I left a negative Yelp review. They offered to issue a refund if I would take the review down. I agreed to remove the review if they would issue the refund first, and they never responded. I paid them $380 and got nothing in return but lies and false promises. This is a crooked company.
