I brought my iPhone Pro Max here to get it fixed, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The first visit seemed fine at first, but just a day later the phone started blacking out—something that never happened until after they worked on it.
We came back the very next day, still within their 7-day warranty, and had it checked again. The guy with the long hair told us there were “no problems” and sent us on our way. But by the third visit, things had gotten worse—now there’s even a crack on the inside of the screen that wasn’t there before.

Broke my phone while on a work trip. Verizon got me a new phone but because I couldn't open the old phone, I could let transfer all my data. I called while in Sweetwater (as I was heading to dallas) explained the situation and they said they could help. Drove 2.5hrs. When I showed up they helped me right away. They dissected my phone putting it in another phone so I could access my accounts and apps. I was able to transfer everything! I Was overjoyed! They went above and beyond. Great service and very nice owners. Highly recommend
