Service was top notch. This is the second time we have used Smart Appliance Service. They got us on the schedule right away. Showed up on time. Alex the service person was extremely thorough and explained the issues. Our washing machine ended up being at the end of its life. But it was helpful to hear it from an expert. They will be who we call when we need repairs in the future.
Alex was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. There were no surprises. Everything was explained to me prior to work beginning. Once diagnostics were completed, everything was explained again, what to expect, cost and order placed for parts and return appointment for installation, There were no surprises and everything went according to what was explained to me. I called for two service calls on two different appliances and Smart was able to get a tech (Alex) out to me the next day. He did a thorough job in testing and checking the issues that we were having with a dishwasher and a clothes washing machine. He took photos and a video to show me what was exactly the issue.
