I highly recommend Sloans. We had 17 people coming out to the house for Christmas and needed our septic pumped. They came out the day after we called them. Pricing was very transparent and the team was super professional. Here’s the part where I’d give them bonus stars if Google let you. While my septic needed to be pumped, which they did fast and efficiently, it didn’t solve the main problem I was having. The guys took a look inside my basement and determined based on their experience that my issue was the ejector pump. They were right. After they left I got a text from them saying they ran into a plumber they knew at the gas station and it... I highly recommend Sloans. Sure enough, I called and connected with Dietrich Plumbing who replaced the pump the next day, just ahead of our guests coming. That is above and beyond customer service and I can’t thank them enough! When you need septic service, call Sloans without hesitation.
