Ron is great and very talented. He is extremely detailed and consistently creates high quality detail stuff and will even throw suggestions that always have in my opinion improved my original ideas.
Ron is an outstanding artist! He takes great care in design with respect to what the customers desires are and makes them a reality. The shop is clean and the rest of the staff are great as well. If you are in Kodiak and want a Tattoo. I recommend Slim Jones Ink you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about how incredible Ron is as a tattoo artist. His attention to detail is unreal, and you can tell immediately how much he loves his craft—every line, every shade, every bit of creativity shows it. I came to him with a rough idea for a firefighter-themed, Sailor Jerry–style piece, and he absolutely brought it to life. He didn’t just tattoo my idea… he elevated it. Ron took the time to understand the meaning behind the design and put his own professional touch on it while staying true to what I wanted. The end result blew me away. Clean lines, bold traditional style, and a perfect blend of firefighter symbolism and classic... I can’t say enough about how incredible Ron is as a tattoo artist. She was extremely accommodating not only to my nervousness of my first big tattoo, she also gladly tailored her original design to all of my requests with a knowledgeable and understanding nature. By the time we began, I had total confidence in the choice I made. I felt very much at ease working with her, and if Google let me shout from the rooftops instead of leave a review, you would hear me from a mile away about how fantastic she is. My time on Kodiak may be short lived, but now not only do I have a new piece of beau...
