Trust worthy. Knowledgeable. Priced right. It is not easy to find a company that will service your gas log fireplace. We were having issues with pur not lighting. Clyde came out. He was very Knowledgeable. He did a great job describing our specific system and how it functions. He was able to get to the issue and quickly resolve our problem. Absolutely top notch! This was my third attempt at finding someone whose opinion I trusted to give me an assessment of my options for getting my fireplace safe to burn. The first two seemed either way overpriced or like they were going to do a rushed and poor job.
Totally different experience with Sleep Easy. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Caleb came to do the initial consultation and quote. He explained everything thoroughly and was clearly knowledgeable but also able to communicate to someone who has no idea about this stuff, i.e. me. Andy came to do the work. He was quick but not rushed. Knowledgeable. Clearly took pride in his work...Absolutely top notch!
