Scam business. Had them out three times to repair my refrigerator. They would get it going for a couple of months or a few days before it would go down again, and they finally blamed the problem on my electricity. I had two qualified electricians out who verified nothing wrong with my electricity. Tried to call Skill Service (phone is always answered by someone named "Polly") again to request a refund, but recording said my call would not be accepted.
