The estimate included both the specific services I needed immediately as well as services I may need in the near future. After authorizing Matt to do the work, he quickly got back in touch and we arranged a mutually convenient time a few days later. He showed up with his partner promptly when I expected, and they did a wonderful job. Even though the gutter cleaning was more time consuming than he expected, he honored the estimate and issued the invoice quickly.
