Salesperson Alicia Davis was especially helpful and patient while heping me find the specfic electric recliner I was looking for. The delivery guys were prompt and efficient, in and out in five minutes or less. I had avoided Skeen in the past, because of their reputation for being expensive, but after the discount my chair was right in the range with the ones I had researched online. Very pleased.
