I am completely satisfied with Skaff Flooring. From our salesman, Jake, to our installers, Bob and his crew. Very prompt and professional. I was impressed how he seamlessly went around and in my closet. I give them my highest rating and would gladly recommend them.
Chris and Tyler were in charge of moving our big , heavy, antique dressers and bed out of our bedroom so we could get our new bedroom carpet installed. They called first, arrived promptly and got right to business. They coordinated with the carpet installers , who also arrived promptly and installed the new carpet. Then Chris and Tyler came back to move the furniture into place again. We were pleased and would definitely use this team again. The carpet team of Bobby andJames were outstanding too. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, even fixing something from a previous job. They did a great job and we love... Highly recommend Skaff! Our new furniture is wonderful quality and looks amazing. We love it! With the help of Bob, he was able to get us a new couch, dining table, dresser, and two new mattresses! He is so nice, patient, and helpful!!! Also thank you Dean and Tyler for the delivery!!! They were professional, explained everything, very kind, and helpful. They were so helpful that they even took the time to help my grandpa remove and put back together our sliding door to be able to even fit the couch inside. Couldn’t have a better experience! First time buying from Skaff. Linda was our salesperson. She was excellent. Showed us our options, then left so we could discuss. No hovering or vulturing!! Our loveseat was delivered with care by Chris and Antuain. Excellent delivery by very courteous men.
Purchased recliner sofa...great price on clearance. Our salesman, Chuck, had patience and knowledge while we searched the floor for what we wanted to replace a 23 year old loveseat recliner. Very happy with it. Dean and Antuain delivered it with professionalism and courtesy. Take care of your delivery people...it is hard work. We appreciate them.
