My mother and two brothers had used S&K and were very satisfied with the finished product, therefore when our roof needed replacing I knew where to go. The sales rep (Josh) was very thorough and explained all our option for roofing material and life expectancy, as well as options for gutter guards and deflectors for troubled water flow areas. We also had a couple of bathroom vents that were not connected to any exhaust stack on the roof and were able add that to the project. Everyone at S&K from office staff to the on-site crew were very professional & pleasant to work with. Everything that Eric outlined in terms of the job was expertly completed & he was always available to answer any questions. Freddie, our on-site supervisor, kept us informed & did an amazing job insuring a thorough clean up.

K&C turned an old and ugly bathroom into a beauty. The craftmanship, quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. Karla and Carlos are easy to talk to regarding change order, etc. They are very prompt from pricing to starting the project. The only minor hiccup is a minor delay in completing the project on the last day, as promised and leaving the place as clean as before. I would not hesitate recommending them for your next project.
