SJ Hauck did a terrific job lifting and setting our home in Wildwood. From Rob Kaiser at presales all the way through completion with Tom Sullivan, Jeff Adams and the crew, everyone was great to work with. We are very happy with the results!
SJ Hauck is excellent! Their work is top notch. We received a FEMA grant to lift our 3 unit condo in Ventnor and they expertly managed every step. Rob K worked with us to explain the scope of work and gave us an accurate estimate of the work, Harold, the VP of Construction, managed all phases of the job; demolition of our foundation, the lift, the construction of the foundation and the decks and related. We started in mid-April and we were back in our place at the end of September. They have an app that you can use to track the progress of the job and they are very easy to communicate with and will respond to your questions. Their crew... SJ Hauck is excellent! We used SJ Hauck in our recent lift of our Stone Harbor property. We could not be happier with the quality of work and the end product. From our initial meeting with Rob Kaiser in sales, to our communication with Thomas Sullivan in their office and especially the hard work of our project manager Will Grube what may have been a daunting stressful project, was not that, rather seamless, exceeding expectations. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and communication during the whole project was perfect, and most importantly the quality of work performed was exceptional. Just completed the demolition of our home in preparation for new construction - and I couldn't have done it without SJ Hauck. Everyone on their team was outstanding. They answered any question, no matter how silly I thought it was. They worked tirelessly to keep me informed as to any delays beyond their control (like utilities not being able to locate the sewer connection to disconnect it). They cleared the property in a timely fashion and wrapped up quickly. Glad I chose them for my demo.
We had a big crack in our foundation that was letting water into a bedroom, and could have been a HUGE problem – working with the SJ Hauck team made a very stressful time a LOT easier! I felt like they treated my property the way they would have treated their own, everyone was very helpful, and I never felt like a bother when I had a question. Everything was taken care of quickly and they made everything very easy for me. As far as pricing goes – a big fix like this can't be fixed with pennies, and I feel that I paid a VERY reasonable price for what they came out and did! Even though I hope I don't have any more foundation issues in the f...
